Your body accelerates calorie burn as it works to generate heat post-cold-exposure, helping support weight management.
The cold shock triggers endorphin release, leaving you with clearer thinking, elevated mood and heightened alertness.
Cold exposure can stimulate increased white blood cell activity and hormonal shifts that support your body’s defence systems.
Our cryotherapy systems are custom-designed, manufactured and installed to suit any scale, from a single-user unit to full-facility installations. Capable of reaching temperatures as low as -20 °C (comparable to conditions at Everest Camp 2), our equipment is unique in incorporating real-time thermal imaging to monitor individual responses.
Why -20 °C? Because our design is driven by evidence, not convention. To trigger the beneficial hypothermic response for recovery and performance enhancement, a drop in core body temperature into the ~35-32 °C range is required. At -20 °C, this can typically be achieved in around 7 minutes (depending on body composition), and our thermal-imaging system allows us to observe exactly when the hypothermic threshold is reached.
For clients who require ultra-low temperatures (e.g., -110 °C) for niche protocols, we offer bespoke custom solutions on request.
